By accessing and using iSpeakPerfect ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Course Registration and Enrolment
Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Course enrolment is confirmed upon payment receipt. Students must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent to register.
3. Payment and Refunds
Course fees are due at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods. Refunds are available within 14 days of course start date, minus a processing fee.
4. Course Access and Materials
Students receive access to course materials for the duration of their enrolment plus 30 days after course completion. Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
5. Student Conduct
Students must maintain respectful communication with instructors and fellow students. Harassment, inappropriate language, or disruptive behaviour may result in course removal without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, texts, exercises, and assessments, are proprietary to Speak3 Corporation Limited. Students may not record, copy, or distribute course materials.
7. Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connection and compatible devices. Technical issues on the student's end do not constitute grounds for refunds.
8. Limitation of Liability
Speak3 Corporation Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
